The cashier and people behind the counter were very rude! But there was one young man that made our service very pleasant! His name was Javion! He was very sweet and kind and very polite young man! Which the people behind the counter could learn from! Ty

We love this chain, but this location is exceptional. Absolutely the best Fazoli's in can remember patroning. The staff really made the experience great. The food was lightning fast and delicious.
I got my order to go. It was hot, fresh and served promptly. I was actually impressed with the timing. There wasn't much of a line though. Still, the food was fresh. The pricing is about what you will pay for the standard fast food meal. Around 15. Mine was 13 because I didn't get a drink. But the Fazolis App also helps reward you for your purchases. And you can always just save the receipt and upload it on the app. You still get the rewards without having to make the order through the app. All in all, I'd say try it out. I wasn't disappointed. Lol.
This place is always solid food for a great value. What sets my recent experience apart is the team. They were out of half of a promo combo we wanted, but agreed to swap entrees to get us the same amount of food for the money. This type of customer care is uncommon these days and deserves recognition. Keep it up!!!
